We are a growing company established by a team of Software Developers and Engineers who have years of experience in IT industry world wide. Our mission is to Aspire for Splendid IT Services. Motive

Information Computer Technology (ICT) in any form such as hardware, software or digital, electronics, electrical or electro-mechanical  is now an essential tool in daily livelihood and so as the business. Any business with no ICT access are difficult to establish and manage and eventually are staggering to grow. It has been a challenge for small and medium scale businesses (SMEs) to introduce ICT based features to theirs daily services. Process

Our development process is completely agile. The steps includes.

• Start

  At the start we collect the requirements. We focus on what are the design goals and development outcomes. We list all the objectives, goals and outcomes.

• Set of Sprints

  It is method of development by incremental iterative approach. The development period is divided into a chunk of time interval which is called sprint. Length of sprint can be a week or a fortnight, we decide based on the enormity of job. 

  

  We conduct a daily short meeting called scrum. The progress is tracked every day and a incremental product is released every sprint. By this client has opportunity to participate in every scrum and sprint and keep an eye on the activities carried out. Despite surprised with end result and blame each other, with this method all progress is under control.
