A Complex Online Offline Integrated System

Bio-metric Enrolment Project is a complex integrated system. The main goal of the project was to enrol farmers who are remote areas. For the purpose the integrated toolkit was designed. The integrated system consists of a notebook installed with enrolment package, finger print scanner, webcam etc. The enrol operator goes to the farmer who is far away from internet access and collects information from farmer including bio-metrics. The main objective of collecting bio-metrics is to avoid duplicate entries. But but finding duplicates in offline enrolment was impossible. Therefore a data sync module was also designed. After returning to head office the operator will connect the system to main server and execute sync module. The module will transfer data from toolkit to main server conducting a bio-metric check. The module will highlight the duplicates and the operator can manually accept one and discard the other.
